Surgical Orthodontics
Surgical orthodontics, also called orthognathic treatment, corrects severe jaw discrepancies that braces or aligners alone cannot resolve. We plan and coordinate every case alongside a trusted oral and maxillofacial surgeon.

When it is needed
When the upper and lower jaws are positioned in a way that creates a major skeletal imbalance. This can affect chewing, speaking, breathing, sleep, and facial proportions.
How treatment works
Treatment usually starts with braces or aligners to align the teeth within each jaw. Once the teeth are positioned correctly, the surgeon repositions one or both jaws. After healing, we finish detailing the bite.
Digital planning
Every move is mapped digitally before any procedure. Using 3D imaging and virtual surgical planning, we coordinate the orthodontic and surgical phases so the result is predictable for both function and facial balance.
What to expect
We work as a team with your surgeon and walk you through every step, from the initial workup to retention, so you always know what comes next.
